Good Morning Britain guest Andrew Pierce has sparked outrage with viewers this morning (March 16).
During the ITV show, the panel discussed the Prime Minister’s visit to Saudi Arabia to meet with leaders over energy supplies.
Despite Boris Johnson facing backlash for the visit over the country’s recent execution of 81 men in one day, the Daily Mail columnist Andrew Pierce insisted we ‘have’ to go there for our oil.

The Prime Minister will meet with leaders in Saudi Arabia to discuss oil supplies as he said the West needed to explore other partnerships to avoid being black blackmailed by Vladimir Putin, reports the BBC.
Although many have criticised his decision to meet with Mohammed bin Salman with Labour leader Keir Starmer saying Boris is going from ‘dictator to dictator’.
Discussing this on Good Morning Britain, Andrew Pierce supported the decision saying he would rather buy oil and gas from Saudi Arabia than Russia.
Journalist Kevin Maguire said by going to the Middle East we are turning a blind eye to war crimes in Yemen, which is similar to what Putin is doing in Ukraine and said it was grotesque double standards.
He said: “there’s bad and there’s evil, Russia is evil and Saudi Arabia is not as evil.”
When asked if he looks away by Andrew he said ‘I do’.
Andrew continued: “You allow Russia to continue putting up gas and oil prices as much as they are and then you’re bankrolling Putin’s war.
“We’re paying for Putin’s war. Every time we buy gas and oil from Russia we’re bankrolling their war in Ukraine.”
Questioning him, Andrew wanted clarification why he condemned Putin for his acts of war crime in Ukraine but not Saudi Arabia for the same.

Susanna added there are a lot of people who think it will be a double standards with Andrew saying ‘that’s what happens’.
He continued: “It’s real politic, we’ve got to get our oil from somewhere and I’d rather get it from Saudi Arabia than Russia.”
Susanna Reid replied: “It’s pick your wars and pick your victims”.
However, people watching were disgusted at his comments and slammed the columnist for his view on the situation.
One person said: “Struggled to follow as Andrew over spoke everyone whenever they tried to talk and disagree”
Another added: “Cheerleading for Saudia Arabia as they murder children on a daily basis in Yemen. He shouldn’t be allowed airtime.”
A third commented: “Listening to Andrew Pierce @GMB is bad enough, but his defence of a murderous totalitarian regime in Saudi Arabia is hideous, the Saudi’s execute people literally without trial, how anyone can defend this nation considering its appalling human rights record is shameful #GMB
Someone else said: “Sorry @GMB but find Andrew Pierce totally offensive and switched off, everything that is wrong with Britain right now summed up beautifully in one person!!”
