Latham & Watkins Advises Switch on US$11 Billion Take-Private Acquisition by DigitalBridge Investment Management and IFM


Change, Inc. (NYSE: SWCH) has introduced that it has entered into a definitive settlement with DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (NYSE: DBRG), below which DigitalBridge Companions II, the value-included digital infrastructure equity approach of the investment decision management platform of DigitalBridge, and an affiliate of world wide infrastructure investor IFM Traders will obtain all exceptional popular shares of Change for US$34.25 for each share in an all-funds transaction valued at somewhere around US$11 billion, which includes the assumption of credit card debt.
