Latham & Watkins Advises Switch on US$11 Billion Take-Private Acquisition by DigitalBridge Investment Management and IFM

Change, Inc. (NYSE: SWCH) has introduced that it has entered into a definitive settlement with DigitalBridge Group, Inc.
