When London Assembly personnel first moved into their new East London household, Guido uncovered they have been less than pleased with the good quality of their working environment. From flooded bogs to power cuts, to many committee rooms remaining out of use, Sadiq’s multi-million renovation rarely appeared to have gone to strategy.
