Mr. Sugarman represents innovative clients in the global life sciences and tech ecosystem on various corporate and commercial matters. He advises clients on corporate transactions during all stages of a company lifecycle, from establishing entities and negotiating founders’ agreements, to handling cross-border corporate financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital restructuring, corporate governance, and various securities transactions and regulatory filings.

Having worked with clients from over 60 countries, Mr. Sugarman brings a unique international perspective to transactional matters. He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements for emerging and established life sciences and technology companies, including licensing, material transfer, services and other agreements with business and intellectual property components. Nate also has prior experience in immigration law.
