Where To Get Soft Or Hard Copies Of Corruption Cases In Nigeria For Free

Do you know where to get soft or hard copies of corruption cases in Nigeria for free?

If your answer is yes, then thumb-up to you. But, if it is no, do not worry, but read the step-by-step details of where and how to get the free copies here.

I am pretty such that like me, you may have spent precious time, resources and energy to get a certified true copy of a case or cases you were either involved or interested in.

But, today, CLEEN Foundation, a non-governmental organization with support from MacArthur Foundation, is making this possible for you on-line or off-line.

It is coming with the partnership of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ikeja Lagos-Nigeria branch with Dele Oloke as chairman.

Speaking on Friday, February 7, 2020, during the official launch of the Lagos state hosting centre for corruption judgments at the NBA secretariat( The Bar) at Ikeja, Benson Olugbuo, PhD, executive director of the foundation, said the project is aimed at promoting accountability and transparency in the administration of criminal justice system in Nigeria.

Olugbuo explained that the bottom-line of the whole project is to promote judiciary transparency in processing anti-corruption cases, and eventually enhance accountability in the criminal justice system.

Represented by Blessing Abiri, program manager for the foundation, the E-D named legal practitioners, law enforcement agencies, judges, lawyers, prosecutors, defendants, civil society organizations, government agencies, scholars, and researchers as those who will directly benefit from the project.

Actually, it principally seeks to monitor cases related to the ACJA 2015 system through a web-based platform: uwazi, which is functional, accessible, and within the reach of the public via: www.cleen.uwazi.io.

It is against this background that the NBA has been selected to serve as a partner to host the resource centre in Lagos, which will serve as a repository of hard copies of court rulings on corruption-related cases and or financial crimes cases related to the administration of criminal justice for easy access and usage of legal practitioners and our state partners, he said.

The CLEEN boss further explained that the Lagos State Working Group, meeting has now been realigned to hold on a Bi-monthly basis and everyone is expected to engage with the centre in advancing their works in the justice system.

Oloke, the Ikeja NBA chairman was so excited about the project and promised to encourage the over 7000 lawyers in Lagos to key into it
